It’s just like placing the most decorative middle arch-stone onto the arch over the pillars. I’m Magdolna Agócs, mother, coach, IT specialist, and over thirty. During my work, I led mainly teams or IT projects. I got an insight into the lives of companies, and had the opportunity to experience what is working within each group or organisation, what all depends on people who work together. During my adulthood, I was building my pillars. First, I needed to put myself together – who I am, what I want, where to go. I often came to a dead end, until I learned, that I shouldn’t identify myself compared to others. In my project being a mom, I have always wished for only one thing: to love my daughters wisely (today they are 19, 21 and 23 years old). I wanted for them to be capable of giving and receiving love, and be independent, so they can grow up as adults, reaching their goals with healthy self-confidence. As a coach, I meet mostly young people between the age 25-35. I was devastated, as one of them called his/her age-group as a “neglected generation”. Even after getting more than one diplomas they flounder, they can’t find their right place. When I talked with Nóra, I felt like “this is the place where my experiences gained until now could be beneficial”. My pillars finally abut, the arch-stone is on its spot – the programme, and the team. |
