Linda Varga

My name is Linda Varga and I am a coach and an HR manager. I was always interested in the “inner world” of people, their strengths, the background of their motivations and decisions; and supporting, developing them.

During university, I have gained experience as a volunteer at the Ormánsági Kistérségi Ifjúsági Szolgálat (a micro-region youth service), where forming and developing of the rural youth community was the main goal. I wrote my dissertation on the methodology of coaching, and completed (later on, after my studies) an accredited coaching course.

As a coach, and based on my life experiences, I mainly deal with challenges of the 18-35 age-group. As a career-starter, I personally experienced  what kind of opportunities and challenges could rise in a multinational- and a small-enterprise-environment, and how important it was to have self-awareness, to be conscious about our motivations, talent and those of our attributes which should be improved.

I would like to support the participating young people of the “Use Your Talent!” Generational Talent Mentoring Programme with my experiences and my knowledge, and become a constructive member of this vivid, joyful, “well-organized, self-acting” community, where I feel like I can learn a lot myself too.
