In coaching, I have found the activity which fits my character perfectly. I am trying to realize myself in this job. I have discovered an astonishing powerful tool, to give real, active and motivating assistance to people through my interest in other’s situation and through a supporting, empathic attitude. It is a rewarding task to be, at the same time, an inspiring actor and a witness, when silhouettes of solutions bringing change are getting clearer and clearer, or when someone is simply getting on a creative level instead of being indecisive. When someone just needs affirmation, or an impulse to start the change, then I feel joyful, if I can be the source. Being a coach gives me this kind of a plus. I am applying to this talent mentoring programme because of these pluses and experiences. |
