“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” (Carl Rogers) My name is Angelika Kiss, and I was born in Upper Hungary in 1988. I am a psychologist and I graduated from Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary. Alongside my studies at university, I completed a person-centred methodological and self-knowledge training program. Belief in development takes a central place in my approach. It’s important to emphasize the strengths and the potential that resides in someone. I applied for this program, because the ideology of “I am the best” is harmonizing with my world-view. This program helps you find a path, where you can do whatever you want to, instead of doing what you think you have to do. Development, freedom and self-acceptance are in here, too. These factors are also pushing me forward on my way. |
